Tuan leads ANT Lawyers’ strategy and client services, alongside his advisory and dispute resolution work for businesses and investors.
View profile →His experience spans more than 20 years across legal practice, management and compliance in Vietnamese and international business environments. Before practicing law, he worked in shipping and transport, telecommunications and financial services. From 2003 to 2005, he was a trade analyst in the commercial department of a leading global shipping company in the United States. This role developed his understanding of international business, commercial decision-making and working across cultures.
This background informs his approach to company operations, cross-border transactions and disagreements: understanding the commercial objective, examining the legal position and considering how a decision will work in practice.
