Circular 39/2012/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on 50 forms of alcohol production
Depending on the purposes of wine production, various forms will be applied to report and record in accordance with provisions of the law.
A number of forms issued with the Circular such as: application for new license, issuance, amendments for wine production, template business license issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, sample wine production report.
Circular takes effect from February 2nd 2013 and replaces Circular 10/2008/TT-BCT.
