Circular 11/2013/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on the animal quarantine fee
From March 15th 2013, examination and supervision fees on animals, animal products temporarily imported for re-export, cross-border, bonded warehouse, transit through Vietnam is of 65,000 VND/(car/train/container).
As such, compared to the former rate at 31,500 VND, the fee has increased by more than 100%.
In addition, the control and supervision fees on animals, aquatic animal products will also increase from 35,000 VND to 65,000 VND/(car/train/container).
Circular 11 also provides new fees on checking the status of goods which are frozen aquatic animal products and controlling the fee to not exceed 3,000,000 VND/shipment.
Circular takes effect from March 15th 2013.
